As only a sophomore he graded out at between 85 and 90% on his blocking and added 43 pancake blocks. Monroe has a huge frame and is a superb athlete. He's equally excellent at run blocking and pass blocking. Monroe bench presses 345, squats 560 and has a 23-inch vertical. He carries a 4.0 GPA.

Monroe:"I'm a real good pass blocker and I can dominate on run blocking as well. I can block in the open field too. I set my feet good and can work my hands well. But I want to controld defenders more easily and improve my hand quickness and placement. I also want to improve my agility and movement."
